Black History Month Speakers
Community Foundation is organising a Black History Month Speaker Series and is seeking knowledgeable speakers to contribute.
With the 2024 theme, “Reclaiming Narratives,” we’re inviting individuals to share their experiences, stories, and perspectives on Black history and culture. This event aims to foster understanding, reflection, and dialogue around significant topics related to Black history.
Whether you have a personal story to share, insights on Black history, or reflections on this year’s theme, we encourage you to participate.

To apply, click on the “Register” button on our website and complete the registration form. Provide your personal details, a brief overview of your proposed presentation, and any relevant background information.

The series will take place every Thursday in October 2024 at 3 PM (GMT). The events will be held online via Zoom.
How long should my presentation be?
Presentations should be 30 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A. We will provide more specific guidelines once you are selected.
