Improving Outcomes Through Legal Support Fund
Funding to sustain and improve access to early social welfare and family legal support and advice in England and Wales.
The Access to Justice Foundation is working with Ministry of Justice to offer a new fund aimed at organisations offering free legal support and advice in England and Wales.
The grants can be used for:

Triage and referral systems.

Early-stage social welfare/family legal advice.
-
Provision of online resources or assisted digital legal support.
-
Outreach services to reach people that would not otherwise access legal support and advice.
-
Partnership working to ensure vulnerable people access the right service at the right time.
-
Support, advice and/or legal representation for people facing court or tribunal proceedings, including referral to legal aid services where appropriate.
Healthy Hearts Grants 2023
Funding is for new projects that work with communities to prevent heart disease, particularly for vulnerable and isolated groups of individuals who are at an increased risk of developing heart problems in the future.
Activities must focus on one or more of the following risk factors of heart disease:

Nutrition and Healthy Eating.
-
Physical Activity.
-
Smoking.
-
Alcohol.
Not-for-profit organisations in the UK with a turnover of less than £1 million are eligible to apply. This includes charities, community groups, voluntary organisations, and sports groups.
Road Safety Trust
The overall aims of the Road Safety Trust are to reduce death and injury on the UK roads through providing independent funding for research and the development of innovative approaches.
The objectives of the grant programme are to:

Generate new knowledge about what works.

Translate ideas into new measures.

Influence road safety policy and practice.
-
Support partnership working and collaboration.
There are two strands of funding:

Major themed grants for projects which focus on a theme each year.

The Small Grants Programme supports projects on their journey to making a tangible difference on the roads.
National Lottery Community Fund
This funding aims to inspire and support communities across the UK to address the energy and climate crisis. National lottery is looking for projects that show how communities can address climate change while tackling the energy challenges through community-led climate action.
Funding is intended to support projects that:

Encourage communities to use energy in an environmentally friendly way.

Bring communities together so that they can explore ways to promote energy efficiency.

Enable communities to understand and engage with opportunities for clean energy generation, which do not use fossil fuels.
Applications will be accepted from either:

Place-based partnerships.
-
UK-wide partnerships.
-
Single voluntary or community organisations.
Randal Charitable Foundation
This fund aims to support work connected to health, mental health, addiction, poverty, education, and social disadvantage.
Funding is for projects and activities that benefit the following:

Children, young and elderly people.
-
Individuals living with a disability.
-
Individuals requiring healthcare assistance.
-
People living with severe mental health issues.
-
Those living in poverty and financial hardship.
-
The socially disadvantaged.
-
Those suffering from addiction.
-
Other charities/voluntary organisations.
