New Training Courses
Community Foundation is offering free courses in March - April 2020. Training will take place at our Lozells centre. Participants will receive a nationally recognised qualification.

You will need the following documents to register: Photo ID, Address ID such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, National Insurance number and a recent CV.

Courses on offer:
Paediatric First Aid level 3. 2 day full time course.
Paediatric First Aid is a valuable training course to have, promoting the best outcomes for health and wellbeing of children.
Food and Hygiene level 2
This course will help you better understand food storage, cross contamination and good hygiene practices.
Behaviour Management
This course will improve your knowledge and skills to deal with challenging behaviour and help children to express their emotions and support managing their behaviour.
Health and Safety level 2
This training will enable you to fully understand importance of health and safety and support you in risk assessing the environment and promote the safety of children.

FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE Level 2 COURSE
9am – 3.30pm Monday 28 January 2018
Food Hygiene training is a legal requirement for all food handlers. This course will allow you to comply with the law.
We are offering a subsidised course for only £30 booking fee per person. Limited place available
PAEDIATRIC FIRST AID
Tues 2nd – Wed 3rd May 2017 9.00am – 3.30pm.
Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid is a mandatory for those who work with children, and fulfils the requirements of the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
PAEDIATRIC FIRST AID Level 3 COURSE
9.30am – 3.30pm 6th December & 7th December 2016
Community Foundation in partnership with Phoenix Training will be running a two days level 3 Paediatric First Aid course

Health & Safety Training
Monday 24th October 2016 9.30 am – 3.30pm
Community Foundation will be running a one day Health and Safety with manual handling level 2 course.
FIRST AID COURSE
