Community Fundraiser – One Ummah
Location: All Regions, England
The Community Fundraiser will be responsible for planning, organising and executing fundraising related events and activities to bring in funds for One Ummah’s life-saving campaigns worldwide. Events will range from smaller scale (BBQ’s, car washes, family fun days, football/snooker tournaments, go karting etc.) to larger scale events (national and international charity challenges, annual dinners etc.). The Community Fundraiser will also work on creating, building and strengthening relationships with key donors in their region.
In addition, the Community Fundraiser will organise international deployments to take volunteers who will fundraise and deliver aid on the ground with their own hands. Other fundraising tasks will also be delegated to the Community Fundraiser.

Handling customer enquiries and complaints by telephone to the agreed service level agreements.
Ensuring all data held on our systems is up to date and accurate.
Making outbound calls to support our outbound calling campaign and accurately record data.
General administration support duties.
Working with other departments to deliver an effective and efficient response to enquiries and complaints.
To undertake other relevant activities as directed by the Head of the Support Centre or Team Leaders, subject to the needs of the organization.
To support our Events Team with their national tour events by attending and processing donor payments.
To provide accurate, up-to-date information to donors.
Fundraising Officers – Islamic Help
Islamic Help are currently seeking Fundraising Officers in Birmingham, London, Manchester and other locations across the country to deliver effective fundraising-led activities. There are part-time and full-time roles available. The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating and developing Islamic Help’s fundraising programmes.
Duties include, but are not limited to, engaging volunteers and managing all aspects of volunteer activities including recruitment, training and supporting volunteers.
The Fundraising Officer will also be responsible for planning and co-ordinating all fundraising events and initiatives for volunteers, in line with Islamic Help’s fundraising strategy.
