Easter Holiday Scheme
Each April, we give children an Easter break to remember with our exciting Easter Holiday Scheme in Birmingham!
Open to boys and girls aged 5–16, our program runs from Monday 14th to Thursday 17th April, offering four fun-filled days of activities including sports coaching, arts & crafts, energiser sessions, and a free day trip to West Midlands Safari Park and Rides.
Children also enjoy free daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks (FSM eligible).
Requirements:
Aged 5–16 years old
In receipt of Free School Meals (FSM)
Willing to participate in daily activities
Benefits:
Make new friends and socialise with other children
Join in sports coaching, arts & crafts, and energiser sessions
Go on a free day trip to West Midlands Safari Park & Ride
Take part in games and physical activities to stay fit and healthy
Receive free daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks (FSM eligible)

FAQ:
Who can attend the scheme? Is there any eligibility?
The scheme is open to boys and girls aged 5–16. Priority is given to children in receipt of Free School Meals.
Does my child have to attend every day of the scheme?
Yes – children must attend all four days of the scheme to be eligible for the free day trip.
Do I need to attend the trips with my child?
Yes, children must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian on a day trip.
Is there a fee to attend the day trip?
The day trip is completely free for children who receive FSM.
However, siblings or friends who are not FSM-eligible, or other family members, will need to pay a small fee.
Children attending the scheme who do not receive FSM will also be required to pay for trip.
Can I make payment for day trips on the day of the trip?
No, all payments must be made in advance of the trip date.
What should I provide my child with daily?
· Loose, comfortable clothing.
· Trainers (no open-toed shoes)
· A water bottle
· A small bag
