Family Retreat

Community Foundation will be running a three days activity-filled Family Retreat from Friday 31st October to Sunday 2nd November 2025 in the beautiful rural setting at YHA Chester Trafford Hall. Please book early to avoid dissapointment.

Youth Residential

We provided a range of social, educational and recreational programmes, including international youth exchange, residentials, summer scheme and weekly scouts group.

A platform for young people to come together to develop, discuss and come up with ideas to better respond to their collective issues through an international youth exchange.

Holiday Activity Scheme

Community Foundation runs Holiday Activity Scheme during school holidays, providing children with fun activities, day trips and healthy food throughout the day.

Youth Mentoring Programme

Community Foundation started a Youth Mentoring Scheme, which provided mentors from various professional background to support and encourage young people to make the right choices to manage their own future direction.

First Aid Training for Kids

St John's ambulance will be delivering free first aid training for 11-16 year olds at our Small Heath Summer Scheme.

Community Foundation run a Holidays Activity Club through school holidays, providing children with fun activities, day trips

Cycling Coaching

As part of our upcoming Summer Scheme, British Cycling, in partnership with the West Midlands Combined Authority, will be delivering a free, fun, and engaging cycling coaching sessions.

7-A-Side Football League

Community Foundation is organising a youth 7-a-side football league for 10-18 year olds.

Youth Achievement Awards

The Youth Achievement Awards recognised and celebrated the achievements of young people in the community, encourage them to continuously develop themselves and inspire others.

Cricket

Dynamos Cricket will be providing free cricket sessions to children attending our Summer Scheme.

Nursery

We offered full free time nursery places for children aged between two and four years old. We have the capacity for 50 children and open from 9.00am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday during term time.
