Youth Leadership Scheme
Community Foundation had set up a Scouts group- The 320th Birmingham (Lozells). We were running Beavers for children aged 6-8 years old and Cubs for children aged 8-10 years old.
We were recruiting volunteers to become scout leaders/assistants to help run sessions once a week. Full training was provided.
