We’re on a mission to bridge the digital divide by providing smartphones to those in need, helping them stay connected, access essential services, and engage with opportunities in the digital world.

Through partnerships with trusted community organisations, we’re distributing smartphones to eligible individuals, empowering them with tools for communication, education, and employment.

✔️ From a low-income household
✔️ Without access to a device


🤝 Referrals Only:
Applications are accepted exclusively through referrals from our trusted partner organisations. Reach out to us on at info@thecommunityfoundation.org.uk if your service users could benefit or contact us on 0121 312 0135 for more information.

Individuals aged 18+, from low-income households, and currently without access to a smartphone are eligible.


How can I apply for a smartphone?

Applications are accepted exclusively through referrals from our trusted organisations. Please, email us at info@thecommunityfoundation.org.uk to request a referral pack.


Can I refer myself to the programme?

No, self-referrals are not accepted. Only referrals from trusted organisations are eligible.


Is there any cost associated with the programme?

No, smartphones are provided free of charge to eligible recipients.
