FAQs:
1. How long will the charity stay in my property?
Our arrangements are flexible. Most agreements allow for 21–28 days' notice to reclaim the space, but many charities occupy for 3 to 12 months depending on your preference.

2. Will this affect my ability to market the property for long-term tenants?
Not at all. You can continue marketing the space while it is temporarily occupied. Our setup is short-term and designed to be non-disruptive.

3. What happens if I need the space back quickly?
You can serve notice at any time, as agreed in your short-term license. We ensure the charity vacates within the notice period, typically 21–28 days.

4. Do I still need to pay business rates?
Yes, but you only pay 20% off your business rate.

5. Is this safe and legally compliant?
Yes. We handle all legal documentation, risk assessments, insurance guidance, and compliance support, ensuring peace of mind for property owners.
James Rowley, Commercial Landlord
Manzil Spaces helped us make use of a long-vacant retail unit. Not only did we reduce our business rates, but the property stayed in great shape and supported a local youth project. A real win-win.
Elaine Goh, Retail Property Owner
I was hesitant at first, but the flexibility and support changed my mind. They took care of all the paperwork and matched us with a great tenant. I didn’t have to worry about the unit sitting empty or vulnerable.
Susan Patel, Property Manager
We’ve worked with other social schemes before, but Manzil Spaces stood out. Their vetting process was strong, and the tenant added real value to the local area.
